Contact us below for specific pricing information. We charge by the running foot along the midway (not square foot). Prices range from $75-$300 a running foot, with the most expensive spaces at the marquee. All spaces come with 110v 15 amps of electricity. If your setup needs 220v 30 amps, there will be additional fees (usually around $200) and please let us know in advance.

Certificates of Insurance

All vendors need to submit certificates of insurance with the additionally insured listed as “Patricia C Baldi Revocable Trust, Weirs Drive-In Theater, 76 Endicott St. North, Laconia, NH 03247.” Food liability $2 million, all other vendors $1 million. If you already have insurance, there should be no additional fees for getting a certificate of insurance with additionally insured included. You will not be able to set up until we have this documentation. You can submit your certificates of insurance below where you can upload documents.

City and State Requirements

You will need a Vendors Permit $600, plus $75 for health inspection (food vendors only), tattooists need a Tattoo Artist License from the State of NH. Food vendors selling prepared food will need to collect Meals & Rooms tax and submit to the State of NH.
