2024 Laconia Bike Week vendors have until July 15, 2024 to leave a 50% deposit for their current rental space/current rate for Laconia Bike Week 2025. The deposit must be made either through this website or remit a check to the address below....
After July 15, 2024, any vending space not currently held by an existing vendor who has submitted a 50% deposit will be available for rent. Again, for 2025 vending, we will only honor deposits received through this website or checks to our PO Box listed below....

Vending spots can be cancelled anytime with full refunds for up to four months in advance of the start of the event. After which time, deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance, though it can be paid in advance, is due prior to setting up at the event....
